Varsity kicked off our Jamboree going 3-0 with wins over Rock Bridge, Holt, and Liberty. The regular season starts this week!

Home Run Derby
Our Annual Home Run Derby was a huge success. All 10 girls that participated put on an amazing show. For the second year in a row, Izzy put on a show in the finals by hitting 13 out of 20 out of the park. Amelia came on and hit her 14th home run on the final pitch to take her 4th straight crown!

Band App
I am going to try a new way of communicating important information to both parents and players through the Band app. Please join if you have a player in the program to keep updated on any changes that I need to communicate quickly. This is only for parents and players that are currently in the program or will be in the program this coming fall.

Varsity Travels to KC
Varsity is now in the Liberty North Tournament on September 26th and 27th. We will leave on Thursday, September 25th. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Liberty, MO. The address is 8551 Church Rd. Kansas City, MO 64157.
BBQ
Our 4th annual BBQ will be on Saturday, September 13th. We will host both Zumwalt East and Hazelwood West in a 3-team round robin. Varsity will be on Field 1 and JV will be on Field 2. This will be a great atmosphere with 6 teams on campus at the same time. We are always looking for donations (meat, sides, drinks, raffle items) and people to help (grill, concession stand, collecting tickets). If you are interested or have any suggestions, please let me, Michelle Meyer, or Chris Dunlap know.
